The discussion will include preventive measures to help your organization avoid costly and unforeseen expenditures, suggestions for HR investments that pay dividends over time, and real life examples of ways that a savvy, bottom-line approach to HR is consistent with, promotes, and facilitates the business goals of the organization. Participants will leave with concrete tips for bringing their HR functions to the next level and suggestions and examples to use in dialoguing with other partners at the table.
