There will be 4 Non Contact Hours upon receiving post-test and course evaluation. As of 7/1/22 live webinars are now approved for Non Contact Play Therapy hours.
This program is pending approval from NASW. The Maryland/DC Association for Play Therapy is an APT-Approved Provider 17-522 and maintains responsibility for the program.
There will be a 30-minute break during the training.

Presented by: Dr. Eliana Gil
Eliana Gil is currently semi-retired and owns Gil Institute for Trauma Recovery and Education in Fairfax, VA (with partner Myriam Goldin). She consults, teaches, supervises, and currently sees adult clients and/or parents. Dr. Gil has worked in the field of child abuse and neglect (childhood trauma) since 1973 and has implemented several child abuse treatment programs in VA (Inova Kellar Center, and Childhelp) as well as California (Gil and Associates). She lives in Florida and has four grandchildren under the age of 15. She has authored several books on treating children using expressive therapies and her passions are play therapy and family play therapy, particularly as they apply to the treatment of childhood trauma.
