Registration is  $50 through February 8. Registration is $150 after February 25. It includes two breakfasts, two lunches and two receptions. Registration deadline is March 7.

Hotel Information: A block of rooms has been reserved at the state government per diem rate of $114 per night at the Richmond Crowne Plaza. The block will be held through February 26, 2014. Individuals are responsible for their own room reservation, which can be made by calling 804-788-0900 or via the hotel website.

Parking: Parking for daily commuters at the hotel will be $5 per day.
