Friday HIIT Workout at the 2018 Fall Research Conference
Join us for a high intensity circuit workout! Define and strengthen your body in this muscle conditioning class combining cardio and strength exercises. Be prepared to work a multitude of muscle groups through a series of exercises in this 30-minute class. All fitness levels are welcome. Class will be held in room Thurgood Marshall North.
