Take It Outside

Simply being in nature boosts mood and increases self esteem in as little as 5 minutes! Spending time outdoors helps us feel clam and connected to ourselves and our surroundings. And taking some of our workouts outside can also help increase how often we move, how much we enjoy it, and our likelihood of maintaining the habit.
