Professional Supervisor Certification

Participants will learn tools and guidelines to enhance personal development and utilize individual skills.

About the Instructor: Don Sellars is a dynamic leader with a unique combination of executive level planning and business development experience. He has more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles with a strong record of success across multiple disciplines. Mr. Sellars had a long civilian career with the United States Air Force where he was an accomplished leader, program manager and strategic planner. His work with the Aeronautical Systems Center earned him honors including the Air Force’s Exemplary Civilian Service Award and the Outstanding Civilian Career Service Award.
Through Clark State Community College, Mr. Sellars develops and delivers training for companies and government organizations including: The National Air & Space Intelligence Center, Yamada North America, Pentaflex Corporation, Security National Bank, TRUTEC Industries and Rittal Corporation. Don has received specialized training through the American Management Association, University Associates, Franklin Covey and others.
