About the Instructor

Don Sellars is a dynamic leader with a unique combination of executive level planning and business development experience. He has more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles with a strong record of success across multiple disciplines. Mr. Sellars had a long civilian career with the United States Air Force where he was an accomplished leader, program manager and strategic planner. His work with the Aeronautical Systems Center earned him honors including the Air Force’s Exemplary Civilian Service Award and the Outstanding Civilian Career Service Award.
