Mike Fedotowsky has over twenty five years of consulting experience in helping companies improve quality and productivity through Leadership Coaching, Lean Six Sigma and Innovation.  Mike is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Industry Certified Lean Champion. 

Mike is currently working with and has worked with Procter & Gamble, AFRL, Goodwill Industries, The World Bank, Care Source and many other  organizations on Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.

The 5 Disciplines of Problem Solving for Team Leaders: LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt: This two-day workshop is designed for supervisors and managers (Yellow Belt is a prerequisite). Participants will gain the skills to lead Lean Six Sigma (LSS) project teams. They will understand the five-step LSS problem solving process in more detail as well as the more advanced problem solving tools.

Who should attend: This two day workshop was designed for supervisors and managers. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills to lead Lean Six Sigma problem solving teams that will help your company’s bottom line. 

Learning Objectives:

You will learn how to lead a team through the five step Lean Six Sigma Problem Solving process called DMAIC in conjunction with some more advanced Lean Six Sigma tools.
