HUAC Baltimore Annual Day at the Races 2013

It's that time of the year again!  Join us for a day of fun at our Annual Day at the Races 2013!

As HUAC Baltimore's signature event, we look forward to dining and socializing with friends and family as we raise funds for our Mamie Carroll Woodford Scholarship Fund.  Last year we raised over $1,200 for the scholarship fund and we know we will surpass that this year with your support!

The event will take place in the Exclusive Jockey Room of the Pimlico Race Course and will feature a delicious buffet and cash bar (buffet closes at 3:00 PM).  The club will be featured with a race named in its name, and attendees will have the opportunity to tour the race facility and take a photo with the winning jockey of the club's featured race.  

This year we plan on bringing back our silent auction.  If you have items/services that you would like to donate for the silent auction, please contact Donyale Smith at huacb1@hotmail.com or 410-914-8222.  This is an excellent way to promote your business.

Ladies, are you fancy?  Then wear your fanciest hat as we show the Pimlico crowd how Howard does it!  A prize will be awarded for the fanciest race day hat!

Early Bird pricing of $55/person has been extended until April 20, 2013.   IMPORTANT:  Pimlico will only honor tickets issued by them, which means that your ticket will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment.  Payment may be made by PayPal to huacb1@hotmail.com or by check made out HUAC Baltimore.
