Fund Development Network: December 5, 2018
First Wednesday of every month from 4 P.M. to 5 P.M.
The Fund Development Network is an opportunity for fundraising peers to connect, interact, share best practices, develop skills and knowledge, gain guidance and insight, support each other, and grow professionally. Each month, facilitator Linda Grizely (The Art of Tenacity) will present a vital topic related to fundraising, followed by a collaborative round table discussion.
December 5, 4 p.m.-5 p.m. At our first Fund Development Network Meeting we will be discussing Giving in McHenry County and Last-Minute Year-End Fundraising Strategies.
Objectives:
- To create a strong society of fund development professionals that help nonprofits in McHenry County prosper and better serve their causes in an effort to create a community that will be better for all people to live now and for generations to come.
- To provide a collaborative and welcoming environment where fund development peers can discuss ideas, get feedback, and make connections.
Upcoming Topics Include:
- Giving in McHenry County
- Last-Minute Year-End Fundraising Strategies
- Engaging Board Members and Volunteers in Fundraising
- Fostering Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorships
Walk-Ins are very welcome!
