America is rapidly collapsing all around us... and many Christians and Conservatives don't know why!

WHY THE NUMBER 300??

The number 300 has significant Biblical meaning (see for example the story of Gideon's army in Judges 7), but in our context it is meant to communicate and remind our friends of a reachable and practical goal that we have set. There are roughly 300 cities in America with population of 100,000 or more.  Thus, as a training and mobilization ministry that carries a sense of urgency for our nation, our goal is to see Christians from 300 American cities engage this seminar during the four years of 2013 through 2016.

"Team of 70" & "Pass the Baton" - A Unique Relational Marketing Strategy

In addition to  our national goal of seeing Believers from at least 300 cities engage this training program during the next four years, we also aspire to see upwards of 3,000 people from our home city of Syracuse, NY attend one of the seminars during the next three years.  

To accomplish this local goal, we will utilize two relationally-based recruiting efforts.  First, we invite all who plan to attend the inaugural seminar here in Syracuse on January 19, 2013 to become part of the "Team of 70," which is the group of friends who seek to bring at least "10" others along with them to the January 19 date.

In addition though, the day of the seminar we will also roll out our "Pass the Baton" initiative.  Here's how that works.  By the date of this initial training we will have already booked the same seminar at a second church location in the Syracuse metro area for May 2013., just four months after the initial seminar.  Then, the day of the first training we will invite all those in attendance to commit to attending the second seminar date, the one in May, and bringing at least five new people with them.  After that, they can "pass the baton" to the new attendees and know they have truly helped build the movement. If half of those in attendance jump on board, and if they are successful in bringing at least three each on average to the next seminar, and if we repeat that process and maintain those same ratios... we pass the 3000 mark January 2016, just three years after starting!

This relational recruiting process along with our formal advertising efforts will allow us to touch thousands of Believers in Central New York and create a steady stream of impacted Christians coming into a movement of engaging the heavenlies in strategic prayer and engaging the culture via servant-leadership... all for the advancement of God's Kingdom in our home region.
