Dangerous Assumptions Program 

At the end of your rope?

Making assumptions can get us into trouble! This course will focus on three key assumptions we make in relating that are dangerous to connection and harmony. Using the model of Nonviolent Communication/Compassionate Communication and unique inquiry processes, you will learn how to shift out of relating from assumptions into relating in ways that create real understanding.

Join us for a stimulating six weeks of learning and transforming your relationships and your dangerous assumptions! 

Meets Wednesday evenings 6-8pm Mountain time

 Week 2 ~ How to Shift Assumption to Real Understanding

 Week 3 ~ I am Right, and You are So Wrong!

 Week 4 ~ I Know What Your Intentions are, and They are Not Good!

 Week 5 ~ Of Course You Know What I mean, and I know what you mean!

Week 6 ~ Integration and Practice

Using the skills and principles of Nonviolent/Compassionate Communication and unique inquiry along with practice and application we will explore and transform assumptions that are dangerous to the health of relationships and compassionate connection.

Having some previous NVC training is helpful. A foundations course prior to this program is recommended. Details here.

 Cancellation Policy

If Communication Works cancels the event you will be refunded your full payment.
If you cancel thirty days prior to the start date of a series or one day event, you will receive a refund of the full amount minus PayPal fees if applicable.
If you cancel between six and thirty days of the event start date, you will be credited your tuition minus $50 for a multi-date training and your tuition minus $25 for a one day event. The credit will be good toward attending any training event for one year.
If you cancel five days or less prior to the start of the event, your tuition will be retained. Proceeding with registration indicates agreement with this policy. Thank you.
