Menu

Plated dinner.  Mixed greens with bleu cheese crumbles, candied nuts and poppy seed vinaigrette.  Bread basket and butter. 

Meat option - Hazelnut crusted chicken with Balsamic reduction.  Lemon Risotto with sweet peas and mushroom.  Buttered green beans with roasted red pepper.

Vegetarian and Gluten Free Option - Stuffed colorful peppers with veggies and beans.  Quinoa.  Buttered green beans.

Dessert - Lemon trifle: layered lemon cake with custard and berry sauce served in a wine glass.
