Virtual CBSG® Program  Facilitator Training

presented on the Zoom Platform

Kids’ Connection and Youth Connection (The CBSG® Program manuals for Schools & Community Settings) and Kids' Connection, Too (the manual for Homeless & Domestic Violence Shelters, Group Homes and other Transitional Living Environments) are unique, interactive, multi-cultural curriculum-based prevention interventions that teach children and youth developmental ages 4-17 living in high-risk situations a set of essential life skills: skills to help them learn how to cope with difficult family situations (which include Adverse Childhood Experiences), resist negative peer pressure, set and achieve goals, and refuse alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.  

The CBSG Program Facilitator Training will fully prepare schools, community-based organizations, transitional living environments, and other youth serving professionals to implement the CBSG Program with fidelity.

Training participants may choose ONE curricula adaptation they would like to receive with the training:

  • Kids' Connection for developmental ages 4-12 for Schools & Community Settings 
  • Youth Connection for developmental ages 10-17 for Schools & Community Settings
  • Kids' Connection, Too for developmental ages 4-15 in Shelters and Other Transitional Settings
  • Faith Connection for developmental ages 4-15 in a Christian setting

(Additional manuals may be purchased for $150 each)

PLEASE NOTE:

Paid registrations recevied by Tuesday, January 10th will receive curriculum prior to the training. Registrations received after January 10th will receive curriculum following the completion of the training. 

  • This is a virtual training and will be offered on the Zoom platform.
  • Please note this is an interactive training and a working microphone and camera are required.
  • Registered participants will be emailed the login information and necessary handouts  prior to the training. 
  • Rainbow Days has a no refund policy. If for any reason you are not able to attend the training you may use the credit for a future training or send a substitute in your place.
