The American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese

is thrilled to be hosting the

Annual Diocesan Young Women's Encounter!

The YWE is a retreat created for our young women, ages 12 to 18, to have fellowship with their Orthodox sisters in Christ while learning about God and our Orthodox faith as they grow in their journey to know Him. This engaging experience includes spiritual discussions, special events, and more!

We hope you will join us!

Let's have fun, pray together, cultivate our gifts, and grow in the Faith!

Registration is in 2 parts. To Register:

1. Download the Participant Registration Packet

This packet includes:

information about the event
health & medical form
media consent form
participant and parent code of conduct
packing list
contact information

Page 3, 4, 5, & 6 of this packet must be completed, signed and mailed in. (Directions are in the packet.)

2. Click "Register Now" below.

We have a lot of fun and fellowship planned so we hope you will join us!

Space is limited and participants will reserve a spot based on the date of their completed registration form (online and mailed parts) and registration fee of $100, which can be paid during online registration via Paypal or mailed check. (Checks payable to "Young Women's Retreat.)

Parishes are encouraged to cover the registration fee for their young women. If your fee is coming from your parish, please let us know in the notes area of the online registration. Thank you!

*IMPORTANT IF YOU WISH TO REGISTER MORE THAN ONE CHILD*

There is a section in the registration where you can choose "Add" to register another child for the YWE 2022. This has been done so you do not need to use a separate email address for each participant. Please note that we will need a filled in Health & Medical form (pages 3 & 4 of registration packet) and Code of Conduct (page 6) for EACH participant.
