Join the West Virginia Food and Farm Coalition's Meat Processing Working Group and The Value Chain Cluster Initiative in Summersville, WV on March 28th for our fourth and final training in our Niche Meat Training Series.
This day long, interactive training will provide information that will assist participants in expanding into new markets through on-farm rabbit, poultry, and egg production and processing. Participants will learn about the WV Department of Agriculture's Mobile Processing Unit, egg production, and on-farm rabbit and poultry processing. There will also be a live demonstration of rabbit and poultry processing techniques using the Mobile Processing Unit.

This is the fourth in a series of WV Niche Meat Processing trainings hosted by the WV Food & Farm Coalition's Meat Processing Working Group in partnership with the Value Chain Cluster Initiative. The trainings series is made possbile by a grant from the Central Appalachian Network.
