Denison's 19th Annual
Economic Development Summit 

We made our plans, set our goals, and engaged our citizens in building a community that is emerging as the “Community of Choice” for businesses and individuals looking for a home in the Texoma region.  The best way to maintain our climb to the top is to keep our citizens and stakeholders informed and motivated.  We want you to remain inspired and up-to-date, so you remain part of the continued smart growth of our City. 

Beginning in 2000, and up to 2014, the City of Denison issued 505 single 
family housing permits. But, beginning in 2014 through 2019 the City of Denison 
issued 635 single family housing permits. That’s 130 more single family housing permits issued in the last 5 years, than the total of the previous 14 years.

We would like to see you at Denison’s 19^th Annual Economic Development Summit scheduled for Friday, January 17, 2020. It will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn's Texoma Event Center, located at 5015 US-75, Denison, Texas.

Registration/check-in will begin at 7:00 am, and the Summit will begin at 8:30 am. The Summit will conclude at 11:45 am. Don’t forget to join us at 7:30 am for the Team Denison Networking Breakfast provided to pre-registered attendees.
