Spend a day on the legendary Ironman World Championships course in Kona.
Are you racing? Join Ironman Champion coaches and top international athletes for some supported tune-up training to learn the course, and enjoy lectures and tips along the way.
Do you want to be part of the action? If you are not racing but want to be a part of our sport’s “Super Bowl”, spend the day with us and experience the course. Stick around for the week’s festivities.
After the course tour day, participants are invited to join us through the week for swim training, and a post-race Sunday morning social at the LifeSport house to share race stories.

Tentative Camp Schedule
Monday
8:00am-9:30am: Ironman Swim Course Training + Lecture - Open water swim course. Kona Pier.
10:00am-12:00pm: Ironman Run Course Training + Lecture – Transport to Run Course “Energy Lab”
12:30-4:30pm: Ironman Bike Course Training + Lecture. Transport to Kawaihae. Ride to Hawi.
Tuesday:
7:00: optional swim at Kona pool.
Wednesday :
7:00: optional swim at Kona pier
Sunday:
11:00: post Ironman social at LifeSport House.
Camp fees include training, coaching, facilities, camp souvenirs, and training nutrition. Travel, meals, and accommodation are not included. All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
