Please join us for the March meeting to learn more about the upcoming changes regarding minimum salary requirements for Exempt employees and how this will affect your timekeeping practices.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR ACTION NOW
1) With the likely change this summer substantially increasing the minimum salary requirements to be Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, we will discuss steps you can begin now to be ready for the change in regulation, as well as explore the opportunities to address improperly classified exempt employees.
2) Due to an increase in wage and hour collective and class actions, we will discuss common timekeeping policies that do not comply with the law, and which will quickly add up to large damages.
