About GCONL
The Greater Cleveland Organization of Nursing Leadership (GCONL), an affiliate chapter of the Ohio Organization of Nursing Leadership (OONL), was formed in 2004 by Northeast Ohio nurse leaders to promote nursing leadership, influence the position of quality healthcare and access, and redesign nursing delivery systems.
Nurse leaders are critical to the effective and efficient delivery of safe patient care within healthcare organizations. As a center of excellence for clinical leadership, GCONL improves healthcare through legislation, education, technology, research, consultation, networking and information sharing.
