News - New Speakers and New Location - See Below

News as of 10/9/2019: The Weldcoa Innovation Center is now open and we have moved the meeting to their new conference room. The site is across the street from Weldcoa's main factory at 338 Sullivan Road. 

 We have added 2 guest speakers to our Thursday morning line up. Rick Schweitzer, our GAWDA legal counsel, DOT and Regulatory Affairs watch-dog, and our human resources consultant. Rick will be presenting a live video update on several DOT items that are scheduled to become effective after the first of the year. One will be the Clearinghouse for drug and alcohol testing and the other will be the new driver entry program along with other items. He will be able to field questions during the video call. Marilyn Dempsey, currently the compliance officer for Techair and in the industry for the past 29 years and in the compliance areas for the past 23 years, will be doing a presentation on building an effective safety culture along with other safety topics.
