2016 DEP-PACD Annual

Fall 102-105 Training Meeting

DEP and PACD have worked together to coordinate and plan the 2016 Fall 102-105 Training Meeting for DEP and PACD staff only.  The event will take place at the Ramada Conference Center in State College, PA on Oct. 25-27, 2016.

Important:   

Presentation binders will NOT be distributed at the training meeting.  Presentations and handouts will be available online approximately one week before the meeting.  You will be emailed when they are available.  Wifi is limited at the conference center, therefore please download and/or print documents for sessions you plan to attend before the meeting.

Lodging for DEP Staff:  To reserve a room, indicate on the registration form which nights you will be staying at the Ramada.  Reservations will be handled by central office.

Day 1: Agriculture: Tuesday, October 25                                                   Day 2: Chapter 102:  Wednesday, October 26
Day 3: Chapter 105:  Thursday, October 27

A New Technician Orientation Session is scheduled on each day.  These sessions are designed for technicians with less than 2 years experience. Each days session will provide an overview of the program that will be covered that day.  Be sure to click the box for the orientation(s) you will attend. 

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Ramada Conference Center in State College for for those attending the 102-105 training.

 DEP Staff  check the appropriate box(es) on the registration form for the nights you will be staying at the Ramada.  Do not book rooms directly with the hotel.  Central office will handle reservations and payment.   

 Conservation District Staff  should make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 814-238-3001 and asking for the PACD room block.  Rooms are available at a rate of $72.00 per night under this block. Guests will have access to the hot buffet breakfast offered in the hotel restaurant from 6:30-10 a.m. Rooms must be reserved by September 30, 2016 to receive the $72.00 per night rate.
