Manure Management Manual Train-the-Trainer Workshop: Huntingdon County, PA
PACD and DEP will hold a free Manure Management Manual Train-the-Trainer Workshop on January 17, 2017 at the:

Registration opens at 8:30 am. Instruction will begin at 9:00 am, ending at 3:30 pm.
The workshop is free; Lunch and morning break are provided.
Registration for this event will close on January 9, 2017
This workshop is primarily for new Conservation District, DEP and Penn State Extension staff. However, experienced staff, including anyone who has attended this training in the past, are also invited to attend.
Participants will leave with a good understanding of how to use the Manure Management Manual to write plans, to explain to others how to use the manual, and how to conduct plan writing workshops for agricultural operators. The ultimate goal is to be able to provide assistance and information to operators that helps them meet compliance with Manure Management Manual requirements.
Note: Nutrient Management Continuing Education Credits are no longer offered for this training to nutient management specialists.
