About Our Attendees

Each year PACD members and partners come together at the PACD/SCC Joint Annual Conference to meet, learn, and develop partnerships.

Conservation districts are the local boots on the ground for conservation issues such as abandoned mine drainage and reclamation, erosion and sedimentation pollution control, forest management, and stormwater management. As a conference sponsor, you will have the opportunity to speak with conservation district management staff who oversee both projects and purchases for conservation districts across the state.

You will also have direct contact with conservation district board members who are farmers and landowners, county commissioners, and members of watershed groups and land conservancies. These members of the public volunteer their time to govern their local county conservation district and its activities, and help guide the district's priorities.

Conference Agenda and Exhibit Hours

Gold and Silver Sponsors receive a six-foot draped table (or space for a free-standing exhibit) at the conference. Sponsors are welcome to exhibit on Wednesday only, or on both days of the conference.

Exhibit set-up is on Wednesday, July 20, from 8-9 AM. Tear-down time is flexible, but we usually recommend late Thursday morning.
