Let's have some FUN!

Help us celebrate what's been done and get a taste of what's to come at The Grand Island Mission. Join us for a FREE Sunday afternoon dessert with live music from jazz pianist Jim Martinez, and maybe even a little dancing!

Let's CELEBRATE... completing the roof, while sitting under the roof!

Let's APPRECIATE... donors, supporters and volunteers who made it happen!

Let's ANTICIPATE...  the great things to come at The Mission and in our ministry!

Let's invite others to PARTICIPATE... bring your friends who may have interest in our mission and ministry!

At our celebration we will share some exciting opportunities to seize on Big Day of Giving, a one day online fundraising event on May 5 for nonprofits in the Sacramento region. However, the focus of this event is not on fundraising, but celebration, appreciation and anticipation!

After 40 years of silence, we are thrilled knowing we are going to have live speakers, a singer, an artist and an accomplished pianist on our stage!

About Jazz Pianist Jim Martinez...

Even though this is only a taste of what's to come, for there is still much to be done, we are beside ourselves knowing accomplished jazz pianist Jim Martinez will be the one to play on our stage for the first time! We have dreamed of this for years!

Jim has recorded twelve CDs and is on the verge of releasing his newest recording. Here is a taste of what's to come at our event...
