Women's Force of Nature
Outdoor Adventure

Inspired by REI's "Force of Nature" program, FoHVOS has partnered with RomYoga and REI to host a morning of hiking, forest bathing, and meditation.

Yogi, life coach, and wellness expert Romy Toussaint will lead a 2-mile wellness hike for women that will include a guided meditation and forest bathing experience on the Forest Trail at the Mount Rose Preserve, followed by light refreshments and discussion. FoHVOS Land Steward Beth Craighead will share ecological insights along the way. Participants will also receive a complimentary REI "Force of Nature" bandana and pin.

Soak in the beauty and tranquility of the Mount Rose Preserve during this unforgettable experience.

Forest medicine is an emerging field and Forest Bathing in Hopewell Valley is a proven method to boost the immune system, improve sleep and overall well-being.

Women & girls (who are able to hike a 2-mile route) are encouraged to register. Wear comfortable shoes to hike in, dress for the weather, and bring water. The hike will go on rain or shine.
