2019 Bells on the Beach: IKFF Western New York Invitational

Welcome to the 7th annual Bells on the Beach, hosted by Roc Boxing and Fitness. Competition lifts include: Snatch, Long Cycle Jerk, Jerk and Biathlon in five and ten minute categories. We will be using the IKFF rules and ranking table.
