ON-DEMAND

Embodying Relational-Cultural and Critical Trauma-Informed Approaches in Our Work: Innovations in Critical Social Work with Antioppression and Social Justice at the Center

This engaging 2-hour online workshop provides its participants with a strong foundational understanding of Critical Social Work informed by Relational-Cultural (RCT) and Critical Trauma Theories (CTT). Acting from a place of analysis and critical reflection, participants learn the "how-to's" of putting key tenets of relational-cultural techniques, culturally-humble practices, critical allyship and steps for radical self-care. Each participant will take part in developing their own unique implementation plan and leave with a set of user-friendly tools to make it happen.
