Sara Zorich

Sara S. Zorich is a member of the Labor & Employment practice group at Smith Amundsen.  She focuses her practice on various employment and labor matters including employment discrimination, retaliation claims, employment related tort actions, unfair labor practices, wage and hour issues, worker documentation and immigration issues. 

Named to the Illinois Rising Stars list in 2010, 2011 and 2012, a peer review designation published by Law & Politics magazine.

Jacqueline Lentini McCullough

Jacqueline Lentini is Of Counsel with SmithAmundsen and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.  She handles all matters of employment based immigration case management, including the following:   H-1B, Labor Certification (PERM), L-1A, L-1B, L-1 Blanket, E-1/E-2, TN, B-1, F-1, J-1 students, researchers and trainees, and I-140 (EB-1, EB-1a, EB-2, and EB-3).  She counsels clients on consular processing and Client Adjustment interviews, and has filed Adjustment of Status applications, including Advance Parole and Employment Authorization.  Prior to joining SmithAmundsen, Jacqueline gained business employment immigration experience with a local Chicago area based law firm where she was employed for approximately ten years.

Previously, Jacqueline was an Immigration Specialist for World Relief, for which she obtained Board of Immigration Appeals accreditation, filed VAWA petitions, Adjustment of Status and Citizenship applications, with continued involvement volunteering at World Relief sponsored Naturalization workshops.

Prior to her law degree, Jacqueline was employed by the University of Houston and Purdue University as an F-1 and J-1 student counselor.  She possesses over twelve years of experience with immigration issues as both an attorney and foreign student advisor. She is fluent in Italian.
