The Affordable Care Act has been in place for five years. Many companies are evaluating decisions made, exploring past practices and asking what new opportunities exist.

Using SDK’s transition to self-insurance and introduction of new health offerings as a case study, Joe Berlinerblau, Vice President at Associated Benefits & Risk Consulting, will provide an ACA update, what small and large companies should review, and cost differentiation of the various plans. SDK's HR director Tiffany Hand will share information on our transition.

We’ll discuss questions to ask and things to consider when designing and choosing the best route for your company. Nicole Brown, chair of SDK's employee benefits department will also provide an update on ACA tax reporting.
