Webinars will be held the third Tuesday of the month beginning in September, specific session dates include:

December 15th: "Negotiating like a Boss" - research shows women are less effective in negotiations, understand why this is so and how to ace your next negotiation.

January 19th: "Leading People, Managing Tasks"- differentiate leading from managing, recognize how gender shapes leadership styles, examine your own style and formulate a plan to improve.

February 16th: "Coaches, Mentors, Sponsors, Oh My" - coaches and mentors are important to career growth, sponsors are critical, do you know the difference? Learn how to create your own career "board of directors" to help you achive your career goals.
