He has been working to create a better understanding of Health Care Reform since it was signed into law on 3/23/2010. Albert S. Lee

Albert S. Lee, a shareholder with Tucker Arensberg Attorneys, has exclusively represented management clients in the areas of labor, employment and workers’ compensation law since 1992. His clients, which range from some of the largest international companies and insurers to regional family-owned businesses, are concentrated in the manufacturing, healthcare, service and educational sectors. Reflecting the number of healthcare clients that he is proud to serve, Albert is the chair of the firm's Long Term Care Group.

Albert has an active practice which involves representing clients before government agencies and in both federal and state courts. His extensive administrative experience often takes him before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, as well as the State and Federal Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment Compensation Bureaus. As for his experience in federal and state court actions, Albert has defended employers in a wide range of cases including those involving sex, age, handicap and race discrimination, employment-at-will, wrongful discharge, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and breach of contract.

In addition to the foregoing litigation-oriented work, Albert serves management clients in traditional areas of labor and employment law including the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and the provision of general advice on matters of hiring, conditions of employment, and employment termination.
