Cathy will teach you how to take fruit and herbs that you can grow in your garden or pick up from local farmers and create simple but incredible desserts. You’ll learn how to temper chocolate to make chocolate-dipped berries, how to make fruit and berry truffles, herbal infused truffles and fruit and berry chocolate ganache to put over cakes.
