These unique, hand-made, living wall heart planters are fashioned from rustic, re-purposed fence boards. We will creatively plant each one with a variety of different hen and chicks (Sempervivum). Nothing says I love you to your gardening Mom than a succulent heart. 

Not only are these living wall planters built from re-used materials but they are also produced by a small family-run business that employs veterans, disabled people and other community members.
