From Garden to Vase: Knock-Out Flower Arranging for Special Occasions or Everyday 

Bringing flowers into the house for everyday enjoyment or designing arrangements for your special occasions such as weddings, reunions, anniversaries and other festive events is one of the joys of having a garden and growing your own flowers. In this workshop Diane Levings from Full Bloom Flowers (www.fullbloomflowers.ca) will present a wide variety of floral design options and techniques including the infinite possibilities of “bouquet” which is the basis of floral design. The workshop will also discuss great plants for cut flowers with Phoenix owner Gary Lewis, conditioning techniques, and container ideas. Each participant will design and create their own beautiful florist-quality bouquet to take home with them under Diane’s watchful eye and patient instruction.
