Gardening 101: Foundations of a Healthy Garden 

Instructor: Kate | Sun April 12^th, 11am-12pm | FREE* | Success in the garden is easy to achieve when you pay attention to the fundamentals. Kate will discuss taking care of your soil with mulching, fertilizing and composting, general plant maintenance to encourage plant health, earth-friendly techniques for insect, disease and weed control and the concept of right plant, right place.

*A $5 registration fee is required to book your space. This will be refunded in full at the workshop in the form of a $5 credit that must be used the day of the workshop on any merchandise of your choice. This fee is non-refundable for those who register but who don't attend. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please let us know 3 days in advance and we would be happy to transfer your registration into another class.
