The first morning session will be from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and feature Thrivent Financial representatives Leah Johnson and Dan Austin providing an overview of all the tools that can be used in planned giving and how to talk to donors to maximize giving through a custom strategy. They will share gift examples to demonstrate how planned giving solutions are created based on the donor's financial circumstances and charitable interests.
Faye Washington
The second morning session will be from 10:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. with Faye Washington, a philanthropist and community volunteer who will focus on the power of generosity.
Tara Friedman
Lunch will be from 11:30 - 1:00 p.m. and will feature Tara Friedman, Philanthropy Director at Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation, to share her experiences in crafting several transformational gifts that are having an impact now as well as into the future.
