At Samhain, the veil between worlds grows thin, and we gather to honor the Ancestors, our Beloved and Mighty Dead. Join the Temple of Witchcraft for our annual Samhain ritual. All are welcome to attend! Please wear black (preferrably) and feel free to bring small tokens associated with your ancestors to place on the communal altar.
Please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to our start-time to get checked-in and settled before we begin. Once the doors are closed for ritual, no one will be admitted.
Temple of Witchcraft rituals are open to all, and no experience is necessary to participate in the celebration, only an open heart and open mind is required. Feel free to wear your ritual finery or robes if you so choose. If you have questions about the ritual, please email pisces@templeofwitchcraft.org.
Post-Ritual Potluck
We have the opportunity to share the bounty of our lives together as a community with our post-ritual potluck feast! Please consider bringing an item to share, based on the first letter of your last name:
If you can, please label your food item so we know what it is and if it is vegan (containing no animal products), vegetarian (containing eggs or dairy), meat, or gluten-free, for those with dietary needs.
Our Mother Ministry will provide all the necessary eating utensils, cups, napkins, and so forth, although we encourage attendees to bring their own reusable eating-wear to minimize waste. See the Temple Store for our reusable bento boxes! If you have questions about what to bring, please email cancer@templeofwitchcraft.org.
Food Drive Donations
As part of the Temple’s ongoing community outreach efforts, Cancer Ministry will be collecting donations of non-perishable food items (canned and dry goods) for donation to a local food pantry. In honor of the last harvest, and of the bounty in our own lives, let us embody the virtues of hospitality and generousity for our community! For questions about our charitable donation programs, please email donations@templeofwitchcraft.org.
