Astrology Study Group - March 2023

This Month’s Topic: Signs, Planets, and Houses - Oh My! This is a combination class that draws on the fundamentals of astrology. As we put planets in signs, and then in houses, their archetypes start to blend and get complex. Good astrologers will have a variety of metaphors and imagery to draw from to explain these combinations to clients and students. As we continue to build your expertise in astrology, this class will challenge how well you know your fundamentals. Even when you’ve mastered the basics, astrologers constantly work on rephrasing, transforming, and connecting the dots between these core concepts in new and fun ways.

The intention of the astrology study group is to dive deeper into these stellar topics that often need more time to absorb. The Temple’s material and resources will be used each month on the 2nd Monday to go over and unpack the mysteries of astrological practice within a magickal context. Each class will feature a lecture, discussion, and closing meditation to foster community and stimulate further learning. All gatherings take place virtually via Zoom and we would love to see you there!
