CFGA 2022 Conference / Conférence de l’ACPF 2022

We’re staying in the virtual format for the 13th annual conference of the Canadian Forage and Grassland Association, Cross Pollination: Co-Creating Ideas in the Forage Industry.

There are four registration levels plus a student option for this event:

• Standard registration offers full access to conference recordings for one month following the end of the event.
• VIP conference access offers exclusive access to conference recordings for a full year following the end of the event.
• Group registration offers a $1,000 discount when you register at least 10 people for the VIP conference access. If you're registering a group, please contact CFGA for important details.

All levels of registration provide access to the conference, panel discussions, virtual trade show and networking opportunities at the time of the event. Standard membership gives acccess for one month after the event and VIP access gives access for one year after the event. It's a win-win opportunity!

Nous conservons le format virtuel pour la 13e conférence annuelle de l’Association canadienne pour les plantes fourragères : pollinisation croisée : co-création d’idées dans l’industrie du fourrage.

Il existe quatre niveaux d'inscription et une option pour les étudiants pour cet événement:

• L’inscription standard offre un accès complet aux enregistrements de la conférence pendant un mois après la fin de l’événement.
• L’accès VIP à la conférence offre un accès exclusif aux enregistrements de la conférence pendant une année complète après la fin de l’événement. 
• L’inscription de groupe offre une réduction de 1000 $ lorsque vous inscrivez au moins 10 personnes pour l’accès VIP à la conférence. Si vous inscrivez un groupe, veuillez contacter l'ACPF pour les détails importants.

Tous les niveaux d’inscription donnent accès à la conférence, aux sessions Q&R, aux tables rondes, au salon professionnel et aux possibilités de réseautage au moment de l’événement. L’inscription standard donne un accès pendant un mois après l’événement et l’accès VIP donne un accès pendant un an après l’événement. C’est une opportunité gagnant-gagnant-gagnant!

Ontario: Total: $175 ($150 registration + 13% taxes + fees)

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador: Total: $178 ($150 registration + 15% taxes + fees)

Group Registration 

Gather 10 of your colleagues, association members or neighbours and receive a $1,000 discount for the group. One person will need to register, and pay for, everyone at the same time for the discount to apply. Once you have your group together, have that person contact conference@canadianfga.ca for full details on the group registration process and special discount code. Registration rate includes access to the conference, the Q&A sessions, panel discussions, trade show and networking opportunities at the time of the event and access to conference recordings for one year following the end of the conference.

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec: Total: $2,161 for 10 people/$216.10 per person ($300 VIP registration x 10 - $1,000 discount + 5% taxes + fees)

Ontario: Total: $2,326 for 10 people/$232.60 per person ($300 VIP registration x 10 - $1,000 discount + 13% taxes + fees)

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador: Total: $2,367 for 10 people/$236.70 per person ($300 VIP registration x 10 -$1,000 discount + 15% taxes + fees)

Inscription de groupe 

Réunissez 10 de vos collègues, membres d'association ou voisins et bénéficiez d'une réduction de 1 000 dollars pour le groupe. Une personne devra inscrire et payer pour tous les participants en même temps pour que la réduction s'applique. Une fois votre groupe constitué, demandez à cette personne de contacter conference@canadianfga.ca pour obtenir tous les détails sur la procédure d'inscription des groupes et le code de réduction spécial. Le tarif d'inscription comprend l'accès à la conférence, aux séances de questions-réponses, aux discussions de groupe, au salon professionnel et aux possibilités de réseautage au moment de l'événement, ainsi que l'accès aux enregistrements de la conférence pendant un an après la fin de la conférence.

Student Registration 

Entering the Student Poster Showcase? There is no fee to enter the showcase; however, students who do enter can register for the conference for only $50 (plus taxes and fees), which will give all the benefits of VIP access. No poster? No problem! Register for the student rate of $150 (plus taxes and fees) and receive VIP access.

Vous participez à l'exposition de posters d'étudiants? L'accès à la vitrine est gratuit. Toutefois, les étudiants qui s'inscrivent peuvent s'inscrire à la conférence pour seulement 50 dollars (taxes et frais en sus), ce qui leur permettra de bénéficier de tous les avantages de l'accès VIP. Pas d'affiche? Pas de problème ! Inscrivez-vous au tarif étudiant de 150 $ (taxes et frais en sus) et bénéficiez d'un accès VIP.
