Accommodations
The retreat will be held in the Shrine room in Arlee, MT at the Garden of One Thousand Buddhas.
Food
We provide a vegetarian lunch in the sangha house.
Air and Ground Transportation
We are 30 minutes from the Missoula airport. There is a section on the registration form for you to list whether you need a shuttle from the airport and your flight details. Depending on how many people are flying in for this retreat, you may have to wait at the airport for no more than an hour for your ride to limit the amount of trips back and forth.

Registration
To pay for the retreat you can either click on the Paypal link on the registration form, click on this link to pay with credit card, mail a check into Ewam or pay in person prior to the empowerment on Friday. If you are interested in becoming a member please go to Ewam’s membership homepage.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY: We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your attendance. As we purchase food based on registered attendees, we request you provide more than 24 hours notice to cancel for a refund. Refunds will be charged applicable handling fees. We are unable to offer a refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours notice or for no show participants who have not made timely cancellation arrangements. We understand that certain unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived with management approval or credit for furture programs will be given. Payments made to Ewam in kind with no service or product received in return is a tax deductible donation made to a 501(c)3 charitable institution.
