The Nature of Mind I: The Path of Meditation

This one-day class explores the path true freedom and satisfaction in our lives.
We will examine both the causes of our difficulties and how to cultivate
a more authentically joyful experience. We will also learn the art of meditation,
revealing our calm and confidents minds.

NON-RESIDENTAL RETREAT COST: $50 with lunch or $25 webcast

Food 

We provide one vegetarian lunch in the sangha house from 12:30-2:30pm.

Air and Ground Transportation

We are 30 minutes from the Missoula airport. There is a section on the registration form for you to list whether you need a shuttle from the airport and your flight details.  Depending on how many people are flying in for this retreat, you may have to wait at the airport for no more than an hour for your ride to limit the amount of trips back and forth.

What to Bring

  • Layered comfortable clothing
  • We provide cushions, but please bring whatever makes you comfortable for meditation, pencils, paper
  • Sturdy shoes or hiking boots
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses
  • Refillable water bottle or thermos
