Annual Dzogchen Teachings with Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche at Pema Khandro Ling
Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche will give five days of teachings on the Dzogchen practice of Trekchö, or "thoroughly cutting," in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
These teachings are open by invitation. If you have previously attended this annual Dzogchen retreat with Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche, you may register without inquiring. Other interested students that have finished at least half of a Vajrayana Ngondro may send an email to santafe@ewam.org requesting permission to attend. Please include your experience in the Vajrayana (teachers you have studied with, teachings received, retreats completed, etc.).
On Friday, May 11, the center will open at 8:30 am and teachings will begin at 9 am. The retreat will conclude with tsog on Tuesday, May 15 around 5:00pm. The daily schedule is tentatively planned for 9 am - Noon, and 2 pm - 5 pm but is subject to impermanence.
Retreat Cost: Sliding scale $300-$350. Please make a payment in accord with your means.
The text will be announced at the retreat and available at the center for purchase. If you have a copy of the Dzogchen prayer book, Cascade of Blessings and Namchak Ngondro, please bring them with you.
Retreats at PKL are non-residential*. All attendees are responsible for their own transportation, meals and lodging.
*Out of town retreatants often stay at Santa Fe Suites, the Sage Inn or book and Airbnb. Santa Fe Suites include a kitchen with refrigerator and stove for around $55/night if you call directly at 505-989-3600. Sage Inn is within walking distance to PKL and is next to Whole Foods Market. Attendees must register in advance online. Registration closes May 1st. You may make a payment using the Paypal link on the registration form or mail a check to Ewam Santa Fe. If you need to pay at the door or arrange a payment plan, you must contact our admin staff at santafe@ewam.org in advance.
