TICKET SALE DEPOSITS
are being taken for tickets for
Porgy and Bess starring Rhiannon Giddens
November 13 & 15, 2020
at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts
From September 11 - December 9, Greensboro Opera is accepting
$25 deposits (per ticket) to enable patrons to be "first in line" to purchase tickets for
our November, 2020 production of PORGY and BESS, starring Rhiannon Giddens,
before tickets go on sale to the public.
Tickets will range from $40 - $125 with deposit credited toward any ticket price point
NEED TO KNOW:
Q: What is the procedure after I make my deposit?
A: Emails will be sent from the Tanger Center to all patrons who have made deposits, with specific instructions of how to purchase their tickets on December 10-31, 2018.

Q: When do tickets go on sale to the public?
A: In January, 2019
--------------------------------------------------------------Q: If I don't buy my tickets on Dec. 10-31 will I lose my deposit?
A: No. All deposits can be applied to any future Greensboro Opera productions

Q: If I place a deposit early in the period, can I add additional tickets to this order?
A: No. Each order/deposit requires a unique email address, and once a patron places an order, if he/she desires more tickets, a different email address needs to be used. Deposits are taken on a "first come first served" basis from Sept. 11 - Dec. 9. The date and time of each deposit will be recorded, and tickets will be made available in the order deposits are received.
