All Charity Golf Classic Packages include green fees for each player, use of golf cart, catered lunch, golfer gift, Swag Bag, complimentary on-course refreshment service, 1 prize drawing per player and post tournament dinner and ceremony to award cash prizes.

Premium, Mid Grade, and Unleaded levels receive a 10% Early Bird discount when registered with payment by April 6, 2017.
