MWNN Workshop: Building a Board that Works 

Andy Robinson, one of MWNN's most popular presenter is back!  if you are a board chair, other board leader, or an executive director, this workshop is for you.                                                                           

Effective, nonprofits must recruit board members who support their ideals, represent the diversity of the community, and bring a wide range of skills. In this workshop, Andy will cover:

• Roles and responsibilities of board members
• Finding and filling the gaps on your board
• Creating and using a board "job description"
• Holding effective meetings
• Encouraging board turnover and bringing in new blood

Registration, networking and light breakfast at 8:30am. Program starts at 9:00am.
