Mid-America Catastrophe Claims Conference 2017 

From everyone here at Mid-America Catastrophe, we would like to formally invite you to attend our 2017 claims conference. The conference will be Jan. 24th through Jan. 26th, at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel New Orleans. Located at 300 Canal St., New Orleans, LA 70130. Registration will be on Jan 23rd between 3-6:00 pm, at the Double Tree Hotel. 

Cost  is $89 per person, and includes a raffle to win a Yeti cooler, Ipad and other great items! This does not include hotel rooms. See below for rooms & discount info.

There will be a golf tournament on Jan 23rd, at the Audobon Park Golf Course, at an additional cost of $75. You will have a chance to register and pay for the golf tournament in the main registration form.

After registration ends on the 23rd, we would love for you to join us and take a cruise down the Mighty Mississippi on the historic Paddle-wheeler Creole Queen for a dinner cruise! Registered conference attendees tickets are free and non registered guest tickets are $50. Cruise includes dinner and drink tickets.

Deadline for early registration, including guaranteed room rate and a free t-shirt is Jan 7th.

JAN 23rd-
Golf Tournament begins at 10 am!!! Audoban Park Golf Course, 6500 Magazine St, New Orleans, LA 70118. 
We have our golf tournament set up at one of the nicest courses for the money around New Orleans. The cost to play will be $75.00, including cart and green fees. Don't miss out on a great opportunity to have a blast on a very fun and challenging course that is in spectacular condition. There will be prizes for 1st and 2nd place and SEVERAL RAFFLE PRIZES. Mulligans will be for sale at $5 each or 5 for $20 and will be used in the raffle drawing. 
Registration:  From 3pm-6pm, at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel New Orleans. Located at 300 Canal St., New Orleans, LA 39530.
River Boat Cruise- Boarding will begin at 6:30PM through 7:00PM and the boat will leave the dock at 7:00PM! We are offering the dinner cruise ticket at no charge for conference- registered guests, but non conference registered guests will be $50 each for tickets.
