Mid-America Catastrophe Services invites you to join us for our 2019 claims conference January. 21-23 2019 at the beautiful Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk Hotel.
Registration for the conference is 3 – 5 PM, January 20th at the Wyndham San Antonion Riverwalk Hotel and Conference Center Lobby.
Cost is $99 per person. The registration fee is your entry into the exclusive MACS raffle where you can win fabulous prizes! (The registration does not include a hotel room. Please see below for rooms and discount info.)
The annual MACS Golf Tournament will be held on Sunday, January 20th at 09:30 AM, CST. Cost is $75, and you can pay on the conference registration page from the link on this page.

Following registration and the golf tourney on the 20th, join us for an evening of fantastic food and frolicking fun at the Wyndham Riverwalk. Tickets are FREE for registered MACS Conference attendees. Non-registered guest tickets may also attend for just $69 each. Price includes dinner and drink tickets. Dinner to start at 6pm and Live music at 7pm.
Deadline for early registration – which includes a guaranteed room rate and a free t-shirt – is Jan 4th.
Our special guest for this year's Adjuster Appreciation Dinner on Sunday is rising country star Gethen Jenkins. You are invited to wear your best cowboy duds - boots and jeans - and come prepared for a rockin' good time.
The Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk has discounted rooms for MACS Conference attendees. The cost is $125 per night, but you must reserve by no later than Jan 7th 2019, to guarantee the discounted price. Do not delay on registering for the hotel discount as regular room rates will increase significantly.
