Certificates for Social Work Category I CEU’s:
The Howard County Mental Health Authority (HCMHA), a sponsor of the Transition Symposium, is authorized by the Board of Social Work Examiners in Maryland to sponsor social work continuing education programs and maintains full responsibility for this program. This event is approved by the HCMHA for five Category I continuing education units (CEU’s).
To receive a Social Work CEU certificate, please request the certificate at the time of registration. Participants must sign in no later than 9:30 am, attend the entire day and submit a completed evaluation form. No partial CEU’s will be given. Social Work CEU Certificates will be distributed
on-site only, and available starting at 4:15 pm.
