TN - Sustainable Management for Utility Districts Workshop_May 20_2021

This workshop will provide information on Ten (10) Key Management Areas ranging from Infrastructure Stability to Financial Viability, Employee and Leadership Development and much more. This workshop is approved by the TN Comptroller's office for 4 hours of Management Training Continuing Ed for Utility District Commissioners.

Class Time: 8:00 am - 12:15 pm

Topics Covered Include: Ten Key Management Areas of a Small System
	Financial Viability Operational Resiliency Employee and Leadership Development Water Resource Adequacy Community Sustainability and Economic Development Infrastructure Stability Product Quality Customer Satisfaction Stakeholder Understanding and Support Operational Optimization

There will also be time in the class to do a System Self-Assessment, Review tools, guides and other resources that may be helpful in your efforts to manage you water system and Create an Action Plan to use as a guide in moving forward.
